Tasks description:

  • Control the automatic process in a safe and optimal manner, according to the work instructions and procedures in force;
  • Execute the work planned by the production manager according to the expected specifications and within the deadlines agreed with the client, at the lowest cost;
  • Communicate with the other members of his team and with other teams in order to transmit all data or information having an impact on quality, safety, and profitability;
  • Ensure safety and hygiene in the context of its tasks. The operator is called upon to give priority to the safety of people, to participate actively in the cleanliness of workstations, to preserve and improve the working environment;
  • Manage in an optimal way and at the lowest cost the operations entrusted to him, the materials he handles, water and energy resources.

Requirements and skills:

  • Level of education equivalent to Grade 9 completed;
  • Good physical condition in general;
  • Experience in a manufacturing company on a rotating day / evening schedule
  • Between 6 and 12 months of experience (asset);
  • Basic notions on the safe use of a forklift (asset);
  • Criminal background check
